Our objective is to design, build and deliver homes to the highest standard, giving our customers comfort and peace of mind in the knowledge that every detail of their purchase has been managed by an experienced and professional developer.

Eight years experience in building residential and mixed use schemes in prime city centre locations has ensured City Lofts’ excellence in delivering outstanding quality, standards and service levels.

City Lofts has created a service “arm” to the business, Vivacity Residential Management Ltd to focus solely on providing a cohesive and quality service at every level, dealing with all customer related issues from exchange of contracts through to completion and beyond. A range of extra services are available, designed to make life as easy as possible for the City Lofts customer, including furniture packages, access to mortgage advice via our relationships with leading financial intermediaries and lettings and management services for our investor customers.

Quality Control

Stringent quality control checks are completed by our experienced Project Management Team throughout various stages of the build process. Near the end of each development our qualified Customer Relations team execute further quality inspections before inviting purchasers to view their property. This way we, and our customers, can be fully confident each apartment is completed to the highest standard.

Service

Once contracts have been exchanged, a Welcome Pack is sent to each purchaser, clearly outlining what is involved when buying a City Lofts apartment off plan.

During the construction period, all purchasers receive regular written updates regarding progress at the development.

Once the apartment is finished, purchasers are invited to a full tour of the property and the development, before Legal Completion. A detailed Homeowners Manual is provided, covering everything the purchaser or prospective tenant needs to know to ensure a smooth handover and settling in process. It includes information on the apartment construction and specification plus appliance instructions and warranties.

Our experienced in-house Customer Relations team are available to answer any pre or post completion queries. They can also be contacted by the owner or tenant once the property is occupied.

Each completed development is managed by a specialist Building Manager. They manage and maintain all communal areas, communicate with residents, and where necessary employ on site staff. Where a Concierge is present he or she is responsible for the day to day management and security of the building as well as organising other add on services such as apartment cleaning, coordinating resident’s deliveries, dry cleaning and laundry collection and delivery.
