City Lofts Directors and Senior Executives are skilled in all areas of property and development. From Building and law to urban planning and investment management the City Lofts board of directors have the skills and experience necessary to ensure the continued success of the company.

City Loft Developments holds at least 10 board meetings throughout the year. The Board is comprised of the City Lofts Chief Executive, Senior Executives and Directors who are responsible for formulating, reviewing and approving the company's strategy, budgets, major items of capital expenditure and acquisitions.

Nigel Kempner, Non-Executive Chairman

 

Stuart Wright LLB, Group Chief Executive

Stuart is a founding Director of City Loft Developments and is responsible for group strategy and business development. He trained as a barrister in London before pursuing a career in venture capital with AIG Inc and Johnson Fry PLC.

Ross Mansoori-Dara MA (Cantab.) Group Commercial Director

Ross is a founding director of the company. He is a qualified barrister and has additional American law qualifications. Ross has worked as an acquisitions and corporate finance lawyer both in New York and London with Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Rogers & Wells. Responsible for european activities.

Tony Brooks, Group Development Director

Tony is a founding director of the company. He is a builder and developer by background with over 20 years experience in the property and construction industry. Prior to co-founding City Lofts, he owned and managed his own contracting business and house building company.
