A regional developer of urban mixed use property schemes, City Lofts Group’s primary focus is on residential apartments and the regeneration of existing brownfield sites which are located in or close to towns or city centres.
City Lofts Group was established in 1996 when the founding directors Stuart Wright, Tony Brooks and Ross Mansoori-Dara anticipated an increasing demand for city centre property development in the UK. The trend of city centre living was just starting to filter through to the major regional centres in the United Kingdom. The Group’s property developments are spread across the UK from Newcastle in the North to Brighton in the South, City Lofts Group operates from its head office in Harrogate and another in central London.
