Capitalising on the buoyant Cardiff market

When keen investors Lee and Saori Kuroda-Perks visited City Lofts Admiral House in Cardiff, they immediately decided to purchase an apartment off plan.  Now built, the apartment has proved a great investment with the couple enjoying a buy-to-let agreement and healthy capital gains.
