Leeds conversions are the choice for property investor

During the last ten years Leeds has undergone major regeneration, and today is recognised as one of the UK’s largest centres for financial and business services. As a thriving city Leeds is proving that it has excellent investment potential for property investors, however the over supply of new build developments in the city means that investors looking for a premium rent are increasingly turning to conversions.
